From the Ice

OK, so this is another landscape concept experiment (actually the first one I started of the last 2 I've uploaded.) I painted alongside watching a Feng Zhu tutorial video (This one [link] ) Yes it shares similar shape/structure, but the refining of it was done off my own back... I think it'll be a while yet till I'm close to Feng's magnificent quality, but practice certainly does improve one's quality!
I really enjoyed painting this out roughly, and then noodling in to it. I learnt a lot painting this too, and indeed watching through Feng's tuts. (A definite must to check out for all digital artists!)
