The Stygian girl

A different kind of character image from me. I wanted to show a warrior girl going forth, maybe in to battle, maybe out on a mission?
I played around a lot with composition and various visual qualities throughout this pic... That's how this started out anyway, as an experiment in composition... My like of just painting characters then started to take over lol.

Generally I'm liking the image, it has a more grained quality, and a more muted look to it than a lot of my work does, but I think that works in it's favour.
Yes I could apply more details throughout, and I may be at some point.
